Production
is carried out at our modern factory in
Killyleagh, where we have specialised in the
manufacture of plastic packaging for the last 22
years. We have a well trained workforce which is
under constant supervision to ensure a high
quality product to our customers. |
All of our
sheet material is manufactured locally, again
allowing a much greater quality control.
The materials
are ordered to specific sizes for each project
to minimise the cost of waste, all
waste resulting from production is immediately
re-granulated and recycled. All our boxes are
die-cut or rotoforme cut. We either make our
boxes to self-lock or use hot air or sonic
welding for the flaps. You would be very welcome
to visit our factory to see our production line for yourselves; just
